Chancellery of the President
Mister M. Kasymbekov was born on 2 August, 1952, in the Zhambul region. He graduated from the Kazakh pedagogical institute named after Abay (1974), Almaty Institute of National Economy (1985), Almaty Highest Party chool (1990). He is a doctor of political sciences, professor.
Mister M. Kasymbekov worked on different high positions in Komsomol and Part bodies of Kazakhstan. In 1990-1996 he served as Head of the General Department of the Presidential Administration and Minister Cabinet, Head of the General Department of the Presidential Administration. From 1996 he worked as Chairperson of the Chancellery, Head of the Chancellery of President.
Awarded with "Kurmet", "Barys" III Award, State Prize winner in science, techniques and education.
