RUMIL TAUPHIKOVICH TAUPHIKOV

He was born on 30 January, 1974, in Bishkek.

He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Abai Almaty State University.

From 2001 through 2006, he served as Consultant, Head of Sector and Chief Inspector at the Presidential Protocol.

From March 2006, he served as Deputy Head of the Presidential Protocol.

In August 2009, by the presidential order he has been appointed as the Head of the Protocol of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He has been awarded by "Kurmet" order, "10 Years of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "10 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "10 Years of Astana" jubilee medals.

He has a diplomatic rank of the First class Counselor.

He is married and has three daughters and a son.
